New York architecture studio Arquitectonica came to Archisesto with the challenge of creating a comfortable and functional kitchen, as well as three bathrooms, that took full advantage of the space afforded by a New York City condo.

Opting for a bookmatch-installed Calacatta marble, the kitchen features a 36” Miele fridge, a coffee maker and wine unit, as well as a desk area that utilizes the home’s under-stair closet. To achieve a kitchen that was both practical and polished, we selected the K105 kitchen by Zecchinon for its versatility and modern style.

The Max collection by Novello was used in the two bathrooms, with Line by Novello in the condo powder room to effectively use the home’s allotted space. Faucets by Newform and integrated sinks installed in each of the bathrooms added a heightened feel of luxury that took the compact condo to a new level.
