Transitional Kitchen Idea | Archisesto Chicago Tudor Revival
A poised yet airy look was always the goal behind Alex and Anne’s West Ridge residence. To compliment the style of their English Tudor home, the couple envisioned a kitchen with a clean design that embodied both charm and sophistication. When Archisesto was invited to become a part of the project, we immediately had one kitchen in mind: Helene by Zecchinon.
Largely owed to its cloud-gray color and walnut-wood finishes, Helene epitomized the elegance and character that Alex and Anne were searching for. Components like the handleless pantry, bronze details, and a fully-integrated Liebherr fridge heightened Helene from a practical kitchen to one of modern luxury, striking a balance between classical and contemporary trends.
Adding a softness to the kitchen’s overall feel, Vicostone quartz makes up the kitchen’s countertop and backsplash, evoking the signature statuary marble of Carrara. Paired against matte finishes of the rest of the kitchen, the quartz acts as majestic touch in a house inspired by royalty.
