Returns Policy
Archisesto recommends you carefully inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery and contact us within 24 hours if you notice damage, missing items or have any questions. We suggest you take photos of any noted damage, as well as packaging so we may determine the best course of follow-up action.
Archisesto does not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order merchandise including all upholstery goods.
Archisesto does not accept returns for goods damaged while in transit.
No merchandise may be returned without Archisesto’s written consent. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Exchanges
Exceptions to our Returns & Exchanges policy are at the sole discretion of Archisesto and are offered in the form of showroom credit, and are subject to a 30% returns fee.
Store credit must be used within 12 months of the date of issue.
In such case that goods received are not in their original factory-released condition, an additional charge for restoration may be assessed.
